- Providing consultation to employees and assisting them in developing mutually acceptable, constructive, and feasible solutions in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Assisting in resolving problematic social and labor issues of the employees within the group of companies of JSC «NAC «Kazatomprom,» as well as ensuring adherence to the principles of business ethics by the employees;
- Reviewing incoming appeals, applications, and letters from employees, officials, and interested parties on matters within the Ombudsman's competence;
- Developing recommendations for parties involved in disputes, conflicts, or problematic situations to resolve conflicts (disputes);
- Informing the bodies and officials of JSC «NAC «Kazatomprom» about identified violations in the field of corporate ethics;
- Participating in the development and periodic review of the Code of Ethics and Compliance and internal documents of JSC «NAC «Kazatomprom» aimed at its implementation.
