KAP Logistics LLP summed up the results of the Samruk Research Services (SRS) study for 2025

KAP Logistics LLP has completed an annual study of the corporate environment conducted by the independent analytical center Samruk Research Services (SRS). 209 employees of the company participated in the survey, including specialists, workers, managers of various levels and support staff.

Employees note an improvement in the quality of life, positive income dynamics, as well as a balanced work and personal life.

• Social Peace Index - 96%

The highest indicator of the study: employees note a favorable atmosphere in the team, the absence of serious labor conflicts and confidence in the observance of labor rights.

The company's systematic work during the year
