The main documents in the Risk Management System are the Register, the Risk Map and the Risk appetite.
The Risk Register is a list of risks that KAP Logistics LLP may face in its activities. In turn, the list of risks in the Risk Register is classified into strategic, operational, financial, legal and investment risks.
Risk map is a graphical representation of the risks of KAP Logistics LLP, depending on the magnitude of their potential impact and the likelihood of implementation.
Risk appetite is the degree of risk that KAP Logistics LLP considers acceptable in the process of achieving its goals.
Principles and approaches for risk management
KAP Logistics LLP defines the following basic principles and approaches of risk management:
Integrity – consideration of the elements of the combined risk of KAP Logistics LLP and its branches in the context of RMS;
Openness is a ban on considering SURAS as autonomous or separate;
