Industrial safety: results of 2025 and goals for 2026

The company held a final meeting on industrial safety issues with the participation of managers and specialized specialists from all branches. During the meeting, the results of 2025 were summed up, key indicators were analyzed and strategic guidelines for the coming period were identified.

During the meeting, the results of work in the field of labor protection, safety and environmental protection were reviewed in detail. The participants discussed the dynamics of production indicators, the effectiveness of implemented measures, successful practices of the branches, and also outlined areas for further improvement of the risk management system.

Consistent implementation of corporate standards and preventive measures has made it possible to strengthen the culture of safe work, increase the level of discipline and responsibility, and ensure the stability of production processes. The work carried out confirms that safety is an absolute priority of the company and a key factor in sustainable development.

The results of the professional skills competition

At the end of the year, an award ceremony was held for the winners of the competition in the field of occupational safety, safety and environmental protection.

II place — Onegen N.M., engineer for occupational safety, TB and DB F. "Shieli-Sunkar" — 361 points;

III place — Esirkep N.B., technical inspector / head of the loading and unloading section F. "Shieli-Sunkar" — 302 points.

Road maintenance section F. "Shieli-Sunkar" — 39 points;

"The best employee in the field of occupational safety, TB and environmental management":

1st place — Boranshiev K.M., technical supervision engineer F. "ZAPB" — 71 points;

II place — Tubekbaev A.M., head of ARM a/k "Taukeent" F. "ZAPB" — 64 points;

III place — A.M. Amirzakov, master of the road maintenance section F. "Shieli-Sunkar" — 43 points.

The winners of the competition demonstrated high professionalism, personal responsibility and a significant contribution to the formation of a safe production environment. The results achieved are a well-deserved assessment of their systematic and conscientious work.

Priorities for 2026

For 2026, tasks have been identified to further improve the industrial safety system: strengthening preventive measures, developing a culture of zero injury, increasing the effectiveness of internal control and introducing modern risk monitoring tools.

The Company will continue to work consistently to ensure safe working conditions and strengthen production discipline in all branches.
