The primary activity of the Partnership is the transportation and processing of cargo for the NAC Kazatomprom JSC group of companies. Supply chain resilience is critical to achieving the strategic goals of the NAC Kazatomprom JSC group as a whole, as it ensures efficient material flow management, reduces costs, accelerates delivery, enables competitiveness, adaptation to market changes, and ensures the sustainable development of the NAC Kazatomprom JSC group of companies.

The strategic goal of the Partnership is to ensure efficient material and technical (chemical reagents) and freight forwarding services for the enterprises within the NAC Kazatomprom JSC system through the rational use of resources, taking into account the principles of sustainable development.

To achieve this goal, the Partnership has set the following priorities/tasks:

• Timely supply of necessary material resources to enterprises for mining operations;
• Organization of freight forwarding services for enterprises in the uranium mining industry;
• Improving the reliability and efficiency of transport infrastructure;
• Increasing the efficiency of operational management;
• Maintaining a sustainable development policy as an additional source of increasing operational efficiency.
