Товарищество определяет следующие основные принципы и подходы управления рисками:

Система управления рисками – набор взаимосвязанных элементов, объединенный в единый процесс, в рамках которого Наблюдательный совет, Руководство Товарищества, руководители структурных подразделений и работники, каждый на своем уровне, участвуют в выявлении потенциальных событий, которые могут повлиять на деятельность Товарищества, а также в управлении этими событиями в рамках приемлемого уровня риска. Основными документами в Системе управления рисками являются Регистр, Карта рисков и риск-аппетит.

The Supervisory Board is the management body of KAP Logistics LLP (hereinafter referred to as the Partnership), which monitors the activities of the Executive Body of the Partnership.

The composition of the Supervisory Board of the Partnership is formed from among the representatives of JSC NAC Kazatomprom and is diverse in terms of experience, personal characteristics, as well as gender composition.

The Supervisory Board of the Partnership is vested with sufficient powers to manage the Partnership and control the activities of the Executive Body of the Partnership.

In 2023, 23 meetings of the Supervisory Board were held, at which 100 issues related to various aspects of the activities of KAP Logistics LLP were considered, including:

approval of planning documents for 2024, Business Plan for 2024-2028;

approval of risk appetite for 2024;

A meeting of the Supervisory Board may be convened at the initiative of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, a member of the Supervisory Board, a Participant or an Executive Body.

The procedure for sending a notification to the members of the Supervisory Board about the meeting is determined by the Supervisory Board.

At the meeting of the Supervisory Board, decisions are made on issues included in the agenda of this meeting.
