The Supervisory Board is the management body of KAP Logistics LLP (hereinafter referred to as the Partnership), which monitors the activities of the Executive Body of the Partnership.

The composition of the Supervisory Board of the Partnership is formed from among the representatives of JSC NAC Kazatomprom and is diverse in terms of experience, personal characteristics, as well as gender composition.

The Supervisory Board of the Partnership is vested with sufficient powers to manage the Partnership and control the activities of the Executive Body of the Partnership.

Decisions of the Supervisory Board of the Partnership are made in accordance with the procedure established by the Articles of Association of the Partnership, the Code of Corporate Governance of the Partnership and the Regulations on the Supervisory Board of the Partnership.

The members of the Supervisory Board of the Partnership in their activities act within their powers; devote sufficient time to participate in meetings of the Supervisory Board of the Partnership; maintain high standards of business ethics; do not allow conflicts of interest; act with due reasonableness, skill and prudence.
