KAP Logistics strengthens measures to improve industrial safety

Occupational safety and industrial safety issues are one of the key priorities at KAP Logistics LLP, and the company consistently strengthens measures to prevent accidents, strengthen discipline and increase personal responsibility of employees. As part of this work, a comprehensive action plan has been developed aimed at minimizing risks and improving safety culture at all production sites.

One of the first steps was to conduct extraordinary qualification knowledge checks for electrical and technical personnel, as well as for drivers of trucks and special equipment. These checks make it possible to ensure that employees have up-to-date knowledge, correctly apply occupational safety requirements and are ready to act competently in non-standard situations. Additionally, preventive raids are underway aimed at timely detection of possible violations and maintaining a high level of discipline in the workplace.

In parallel, an inspection of current-carrying devices and equipment is carried out with an emphasis on identifying deviations from safety requirements. Such systematic work helps to prevent risks related to electrical safety and maintain stable technical availability of equipment. Special attention is also paid to fire safety: the company regularly checks and monitors the working condition of all sources of fire-fighting water supply, ensuring that the systems are ready in case of an emergency.

Trainings and modeling of actions in non-standard situations are organized to improve the practical skills of employees. Practical training helps employees navigate high-risk environments with confidence and make quick and correct decisions.

At the same time, the company annually evaluates the state of industrial safety through surveys among employees. These surveys allow us to determine the level of safety culture, the degree of staff involvement, as well as satisfaction with the quality of personal protective equipment. According to the results of this year's survey, 97% of employees noted the high quality of PPE and the overall high level of safety at KAP Logistics, which confirms the effectiveness of the activities carried out and the high level of trust in corporate occupational safety standards.

At the moment, the company has not recorded any injuries or accidents. This result reflects a responsible attitude on the part of both the management and each employee. In 2025, the company achieved an important milestone of 500 injury—free days, and this success confirms the consistency and effectiveness of all measures taken.

Additionally, KAP Logistics branches are implementing a video analytics project, a digitalization software package that provides online monitoring of compliance with safety regulations, including wearing PPE and meeting requirements when working at hazardous production sites. This system allows timely detection of possible violations and effectively reduces the likelihood of injury in the workplace.

KAP Logistics continues to develop and improve the industrial safety system, introducing modern control tools, enhancing employee competencies and strengthening the corporate culture of occupational safety, while maintaining the key goal of protecting the life and health of every employee.
