A meeting of the Supervisory Board may be convened at the initiative of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, a member of the Supervisory Board, a Participant or an Executive Body.

The procedure for sending a notification to the members of the Supervisory Board about the meeting is determined by the Supervisory Board.

At the meeting of the Supervisory Board, decisions are made on issues included in the agenda of this meeting.

The agenda of the meeting is not subject to change after the notification of the meeting has been sent to the members of the Supervisory Board, with the exception of:

the initiator of putting an issue on the agenda may at any time, before making a decision, exclude his issue from the agenda, which is necessarily recorded in the protocol;

During any meeting of the Supervisory Board, additional issues may be included and considered in the agenda, provided that all members of the Supervisory Board present vote for their inclusion in the agenda.
