Functional Responsibilities: In accordance with the core priorities of the business development strategy and market requirements, defines and implements economic and financial policies and strategies to maintain the financial stability of KAP Logistics LLP (hereinafter referred to as the Partnership), maximize profits, and achieve the target values of the Partnership's strategic indicators.
Monitors projects aimed at improving and optimizing the operations of the supervised unit; ensures the provision of complete, reliable, and high-quality financial and management information on all aspects of the Partnership's activities to the Supervisory Board, participants of the Partnership, government agencies, investors, and other stakeholders.

- Beihang University, Major: International Economics and Trade (2014).
- Peking University, Major: Diplomacy (2016).
- Atyrau Oil and Gas University, Major: Oil and Gas Engineering (2020).
Professional Experience:
The career of Mr. Ye.N. Toremuratov began in 2018 and continues to the present within the NAC Kazatomprom JSC system:
- 05.2018 – 06.2021: Leading Manager of the Economics and Planning Department at Semizbay-U LLP.
- 07.2021 – 07.2022: Manager of the Economics and Planning Department at NAC Kazatomprom JSC.
- 07.2022 – 09.2023: Head of the Economics and Planning Department at APPAK LLP.
- 09.2023 – Present: Director of the Economics and Finance Department at KAP Logistics LLP.
By the decision of the Supervisory Board of KAP Logistics LLP dated August 7, 2025 (No. 11-25), he was appointed Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance of KAP Logistics LLP.
Key Competencies and Achievements:
Possesses extensive professional experience and comprehensive practical knowledge. He participated in the development of financial and economic models (FEM) for the implementation of the following investment projects for KAP Logistics LLP:
- "Capital repair of the Shieli-Taikonur highway (0-13 km)";
- "Construction of a lump sulfur warehouse at the Shieli-Sunkar branch."
Based on the calculations performed in the FEM, these projects were approved by the Investment Committee and moved to the "Implementation" stage.
