Zhazira Mukanova was born in 1991 and is a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Zhazira Mukanova graduated from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a degree in Economics.

From 2012 to 2018, she held various positions in Temirbank JSC and Kazagromarketing JSC, including Manager of the Retail Lending Department, Chief Manager of the Subsidy Department, Department of Finance and Strategic Planning.

From 2018 to 2024, she held various positions at Samruk-Energo JSC and Samruk-Kazyna JSC, including Chief Manager of the Strategy and Economic Analysis Department, the Treasury and Corporate Finance Department, and the Investment Projects Sector.

Zhazira Mukanova has DipIFR ACCA, CIMA, and FMVA certificates.

Since 2024, he has been the Head of the Investment Projects Sector of Samruk-Kazyna JSC.
