Minora Mamarakhimova was born in 1984 and is a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Minora Mamarakhimova graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in History, Fundamentals of Law and Economics.

From 2005 to 2018, she held various positions at Passenger Transportation OJSC, TEK-Kazakhstan LLP, Trade and Transport Company LLP, including Service Development Engineer, Chief Specialist of Economic Management, Manager, Chief Manager and Head of Administrative and Personnel Management.

From 2018 to 2022, she held various positions at NAC Kazatomprom JSC, including Head of the Recruiting and Human Resources Administration Department, HR Support Department and Chief Expert of the HR Support Department of the Human Resources Management Department.

Since July 2022, he has been the Director of the HR Department of JSC NAC Kazatomprom.
