Today, motor vehicles represent the most important component part of the industrial infrastructure of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In today’s economy – cargo transportation takes special place. Constant commodity exchange is impossible without the involvement of the waste of transportation mechanisms. With the increase in uranium mining it has become impractical to keep separate motor transportation section in each disparate mining field. As a result, it was decided to combine a number of operating fleets in a complete logistics network under JSC "NAC" "Kazatomprom". This occurred through the merger of the fleet of RU-6, the fleet of the Central Mine Group, the fleet of the “Stepnoe” mine group and DMTO Mine Group "Mining Company" LLP. The new company started its activity since April 10, 2006. The main objective of the company is to increase the efficiency of the operational management and control of timely logistics and freight forwarding services of enterprise system of JSC "NAC" Kazatomprom". Since then, it's been 10 years. Experience has shown that road transportation is the most economical alternative of the many options. Mobility and timeliness of delivery are the main characteristics of this strategy. At the same time the most important factor of this strategy is the ability to control the load on any sections of the route.
Over 10 years of existence, the company has shown good results. Since the beginning of the implementation "Trade and transport company" LLP has more than significantly increased the provision of services, all investments in production from 2006 to 2015 (taking into account the Programme of sustainable material resources to ensure uranium mining enterprises of JSC "NAC" Kazatomprom" until 2030) amounted to 27 billion tenge. In addition to growth in the provision of services, the number of employees is growing accordingly. During the period from 2010 to 2015 - 332 km of roads were put into operation, the total length of the road is 455 km. During this period the company has built industrial premises, carried out major repairs in workshops and parking fleets of “TTC” LPP branches, installation and commissioning of solar batteries (photovoltaic modules) in "CTB" and "TTC-Shieli" branches. In addition, vehicles purchased in 2015 for the sum of 527 million kzt resulted in savings on spare parts and repair costs. This indicates the dynamic growth of company, high-quality work of each employee and operational decision-making.
As of today the the transformation program in JSC "NAC" Kazatomprom" is actively implemented and "Trade and Transport Company" LLP has successfully implemented the project "Development of solutions to increase the efficiency of fleets". Implementation of this project allowed us to organize remote managerial control over the activities and costs of transport areas, including fuel, tires, batteries and spare parts. Each transport sector implemented the system of monthly planning of expenditure and income. These solutions are automated by means of ATP-3000 program. The company's employees have been trained to manage the transport sector in a new, modern format. At the year-end 2015 resulted in savings of 180 million kzt. In addition, there has been done work on optimize the costs of the audit activities of transshipment bases of "Trade and Transport Company" LLP and the detailed description of its business processes for further automation. In 2016 it is planned to automate solutions designed for terminal stations, as well as the consolidation of individual sections of the budgeting system in a common database.
It is worth noting that the "TTC" LLP under the transformation program was working with the Department of transformation and the Department of Information Technologies of JSC "NAC" Kazatomprom" according to the approved road map for logistics automation. To achieve set objectives the program requires not only the introduction of a number of specific initiatives, but also changing the way of thinking and behavior of all the workers concerned.
For all the achievements of the Company for 10 years, certainly the best workers were awarded with letters of thanks, certificate of merit. Executives of the company were awarded with honorary certificates of the "Nuclear Society of Kazakhstan" Association in the rank of "Honored Worker of the nuclear industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan". CEO of JSC “NAC” Kazatomprom” also mentioned the best professional workers, who put their best effort into development of Company. They were awarded with letters of gratitude and Certificates of Merit.
In the branches of “TTC” LLP “TTC-Shieli” and “CTB” held a solemn meeting with concert program in celebration of 10th Anniversary of the Company. General Director of the Company at a solemn meeting officially presented letters of appreciation and certificates of merit to the honored employees of branches. In addition, a ceremonial meeting attended by representatives of mayor’s offices and the "Nur Otan" party. The also awarded workers of the branches with Certificates of Shieli Mayor’s office and Taukent village. In honor of 10th anniversary of “TTC” LLP, the directors of “RU-6” LLP, “Kazatomprom-Sauran” LLP, “Volkovgeologiya” JCS, “Institute of high technologies” LLP, “Geotehnoservis” LLP, “Remmontazhservis” LLP, were invited to participate in solemn meeting. Workers liked watching the concert, which featured dance, music rooms.
