On September 11-13, the second forum of young specialists of the company, dedicated to the Year of Working Professions in the Republic of Kazakhstan, was held at the ALMA-TAU mountain resort (Shymkent).

80 participants from Taukent, Kyzemshek, Zhanatas and Shieli gathered to share experiences, inspiration and career prospects.

Motivational speeches, team games, trainings with corporate psychologists and a panel session with management gave young professionals a boost of energy and confidence. Special attention was drawn to the speech of Speaker Aksultan Kaliyev, who emphasized the importance of self-belief and striving for personal and professional heights.

A symbolic moment of the forum was the presentation of certificates to the participants of the I-th youth personnel reserve – a symbol of recognition of their potential and readiness for new challenges.

The Forum has become not only a platform for unlocking leadership potential and strengthening ties, but also a space where young professionals made friends, charged up with common energy and returned home with a new level of motivation.
