A citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He was born in 1970.
Manas Iskakov graduated from the Korkyt-Ata Kyzylorda State University with a degree in Physics and Pedagogy, as well as from the National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University with a degree in Technologies of Uranium Mining and Processing Enterprises.
He began his career in 1992 in the Kyzylorda regional Sanitary and Epidemiological Station as a physics engineer of the Radiation Hygiene Department. From 2001 to 2005, he held the positions of Head of the Radiation Safety and Environmental Protection Department of the Ore Management-6 branch of GRK LLP and NAC Kazatomprom JSC.
From 2005 to 2020, he held various positions in JSC NAC Kazatomprom, including Lead Manager, Chief Manager of DOTOS and Director of DOTOS.
Since May 2020, he has been the Managing Director for Industrial Safety (HSE) of JSC NAC Kazatomprom.
