In the current economic conditions to ensure the stability of the production process, the timely execution of volume of scheduled work at a high saturation of the market and continuous progressing of competition on the market has become one of the most important factors in the success of the Company.
“TTC” LLP has finished year 2015 with stable performance and timely accomplishment of production volumes.
Therefore, the branch of “TTC” LLP “Centralized Terminal Base” summed up with the following parameters:
1. Freight handling – 773 171,4 tons, planned - 758 278 tons;
2. Freight transportation – 129 317,1 tons/km, planned - 119 462,5 tons/km;
3. Transport services –218 371 vehicles/hour, planned – 186 581 vehicles /hour.
Throughout the year, Company implemented new energy saving and thermal energy saving technologies, completely illuminated outside production sites, automated communication system.
Among the workers “CTB” circumstances such as job losses, delay and non-payment of wages during the year were not recorded, on the contrary, vacancies were filled during the year, and thus from the beginning of the year have been employed 77 people.
So in early 2015 the number of employees was 741 persons by the end of 2015 the number of employees "СTB" has reached 779 people.
At the end of the year the branch of "CTB" is equipped with a strong industrial base and has 223 vehicle units, including cargo fleet -68, economic fleet -29 , Bus fleet - 42, a special fleet - 52, automobile fleet -17, and road constructor fleet - 32 . Branch also has shunting locomotives TEM- 2U and TEM-2 intended for shunting works on driveway.
In order to improve the efficiency of motor transport services "Taukent" and "Kyzemshek" was introduced program "ATP-3000". In order to improve railway sector services was introduced program “ZHDU-100”. These programs are designed to maintain a record of the work of motor transport and automation of the document of companies with different amounts of the fleet. An introduced program not only allows to continuously monitor the enterprise, but also to influence the process of formation of expenses.
Within the framework of the implementation of investment projects in order to increase overall efficiency of labor and improve working conditions for employees at the branch, with the support of NAC Kazatomprom JSC in 2015 took place the construction of various facilities. For example, in the fleet "Taukent" was built and put into operation a new two-story administrative domestic building. The new administrative building has all the favorable conditions for workers: new furniture, dining facilities, showers, locker rooms, conference hall. At the “Kyzemshek” and "Taukent" fleets were built warm boxes and canopies at service stations on the dispenser.
Thus, the "CTB" branch at year-end is equipped with all the necessary modern production facilities and vehicles, warehouses, canteen for workers, centers of first aid, guard posts, video surveillance systems, fire alarm systems.
Branch of "TTC" LLP "TTC-Shieli" finished the year with the following production figures for the core business:
1. Freight handling – 609 853 tons, planned – 623 520 tons;
2. Freight transportation – 57 757,7 thous.tons-km, planned – 45 011,5 thous.tons-km;
3. Transport services – 266 139 vehicles/hour, planned – 257 419 vehicles/hour.
In 2015, new facilities were built in order to improve the infrastructure of the branch "TTK-Shieli" such as:
1. Reconstruction of "Shieli-Taykonyr" road with the translation into IV category – 6 309 865 460,8 kzt.
