Language - the soul of any nation. It is well known that the Kazakh language is the state language of the Republic of Kazakhstan. State language - the language of public administration, law, court proceedings and records management, operating in all spheres of social relations throughout the state.

         Verbal environment plays a big role. Shevchenko Sergey Sergeyevich works in “CTB” branch of “TTC” LLP since April 19, 2006 in the capacity of assistant driver of the locomotive of the railway section.  Sergey grew in Zhanatas city, Sarysu district of Zhambyl region. He graduated from the Russian secondary school. He speaks the kazakh language since childhood. He is familiar with the customs and traditions of Kazakh people from school years. It was easier for Sergey to study kazakh language because he grew up in a kazakh verbal environment and constant communication with his herdmates in the Kazakh language only strengthened his knowledge. Sergey says that he likes to talk with his colleagues in kazakh language, he completely understands everything and always tries to reply in kazakh language. Sergey also thinks that the knowledge of state language – is duty of every citizen of Kazakhstan.
