TTC-Shieli branch of Trade and Transportation Company LLP is one the biggest companies rendering logistic services, services on recycling, storage and transportation of cargos for NAC Kazatomprom JSC system enterprises.
TTC-Shieli branch of Trade and Transportation Company LLP currently has a strong production base which is annually updated and equipped with modern units and automotive vehicles.
In terms of global economic crisis, the issues of increasing the truck fleet work efficiency, optimizing costs and rendering high quality services to customers became quite topical.
In order to achieve the set goals, the main task is to control of expenses related to vehicles operation.
Starting from 2015, a branch Act “On GPS equipment control” has been issued in order to perform timely control and monitoring of automotive and railroad vehicles operation.
With this system of GPS equipment (Global Positioning System), there is a possibility to obtain online information on vehicle location, movement direction, distance covered, speed at every travel stage, all fuellings, fuel drainings and actual fuel consumption.
Transport monitoring helps the branch to track vehicle movements, control its operation and timely detect failures. High control rate of vehicle and railroad fleet allows to reduce vehicle maintenance costs by reducing distance run and fuel consumption, prevent stealing and improper use of the fleet, optimize employees work, increase the safety of transportation and flow processes.
The branch currently has 30 automotive vehicles and 2 traction rolling stocks with GPS-units equipped. According to its monitoring and performance level for 2017, it is planned to install GPS units to all the automotive vehicles of the branch.
Having relied on the GPS monitoring system, we created a new operations method that provides for maximum performance approach to proceedings with no incidents, faults and negligence!
Our Management team moves the enterprise to more advantageous positions of COMPETITIVE STRUGGLE that ensures company stability and reliability of working places.
