The company was established to improve the efficiency of operational management and control over timely logistical provision and forwarding services for enterprises of NAC Kazatomprom JSC and is an integral part of the program, which sets the NAC Kazatomprom JSC - to become a leader in the global nuclear industry.

Purpose of creation of the company was to implement freight transportation and logistical services enterprise systems of NAC Kazatomprom JSC. Given the volume of uranium production growth and increased areas for field development, it became impractical to create their road sections in each enterprise. Therefore, on April 10, 2006 "TTC" LLP was established on the basis of the branch of "Mining Company" LLP Centralized terminal base by joining a truck fleet №12 Stepnoe Mine Group, fleet №4 and Transportation and storage area №6 Mining Administration and the Department of Logistics of "Mining company" LLP. Company began to operate from April 1, 2007.
